At AquaFix Plumbing Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy: Repair Services: If a repair does not resolve the issue or is performed incorrectly, we offer a full refund or free reservice within 30 days. Installations: If there is an issue with an installation, such as improper fittings or poor performance, we offer a full refund or correction within 30 days. Emergency Services: Due to the nature of emergency plumbing services, refunds are only offered if the service was not completed as agreed upon. Consultation Fees: Consultation fees are non-refundable, but if you proceed with our services, they will be applied to your final bill. We are committed to making sure every customer is fully satisfied with the work we do, and we’re always available to address any concerns or questions.
